Through My Body is a women's wellness center rooted in the belief that healing happens from the inside out — through meditation, counseling, and mental health support. The brand needed a visual identity that could hold space for both strength and softness, speaking to women who are on a journey of self-discovery and inner transformation. Starting from the ground up, I developed a complete brand system that pairs the grounded richness of deep forest green with the warmth of golden amber — a palette that feels both earthy and elevated. The centerpiece logo mark features an abstract, intertwined form suggesting continuous growth, wholeness, and the interconnected nature of mind, body, and spirit. Paired with the elegance of Baskerville serif and the clean lightness of Josefin Sans, the identity strikes a balance between sophistication and approachability — welcoming women into a space that is safe, beautiful, and transformative.
